Ordinary memories like this are some of my favorites. It takes discipline to stop, take in the moment with all your senses and then lock it away in your memory but it’s so worth it. And now you have written record!
I remember the first time I left the house with my brand new baby boy. I was terrified. It was only a quick trip to the gas station. I'm so happy yours went well! My kids, all of them, are beyond diapers now, but I remember ever second of it.
